(2) Neglect ions,
(3) Over familiarity,
(4) Lack of respect,
(5) Lack of steadfast communications,
(6) Shyness,
(7) Non acceptance of corrections, rebuke, chastisements, discipline,
(8) Inability to ask reasonable questions, (9) lack of patience and understanding,
(9) Telling lies and giving unnecessary excuses to the Leaders and you Mentors,
(10) Inability to learn and claims to know better than the leaders/mentors
They end up missing and loosing the precious opportunity, privileges, connections, relationships, dividends and the tangible imparts from the Leaders/Leadership all the way. In summary If any of these reasons is your weakness and why you are not performing well during and after passing through sound quality, effective leaders or leadership you can work on it and make amendments to stand fit a vibrant follower and perhaps you may equally a merge a quality effective leader in the area of your calling or career soon and in future in order to become a blessing and a light to others…
